I just want to get some views/opinions
I am restoring a set of B&W DM6's. These seakers are old, but at the time one of the top of the range in the B&W range and was later replaced by the 801 Matrix.
I'm thinking of replacing some x-over parts, and perhaprs rewire to eliminate long runs of internal wires.

Now the questions:
I want to replace all electrolytic caps. Would you:
1) Replace C1 & C2 with electrolytic again, or do you think it might be worth going for Solen?
2) What about C3?
3) Would you guys think its worth replacing L1, L2 and L3 with air core inductors?
4) Would you bypass the fuses? Take note that the cables run from the board to the fuse located above the bass driver on the front baffle and back to the x-over.
