I bought an item about three months ago and it was confirmed to be faulty by the agents.
The way I understand it according the CPA, I can either opt for replacement, repair or refund within six months.
If one opts for replacement, does the retailer have the right to issue me with a refurbished unit as the replacement instead of a new unit?
