At the beginning of lockdown last year I told my helper about COVID19 transmission and gave her an option of staying with us until things got better or going away for the foreseeable future but with full pay. This was to reduce the risk of us getting it from her going up and down on taxis. She opted to stay.
We have an outbreak again and I don?t want her to stay against her will but I can?t risk her coming and going especially bcs I have a small baby and I think I should give her the same options again. How are u guys handling this with your helpers?
