I am rather disappointed at this stage as it seems im going down the road of a bad purchase. Im not sure if the person is on this forum but suspect he is.

Bought a velodyne spl12 ultra from some one and left without taking the remote. Turns out the remote is lost.

Sub sounds good enough for the application i need it for but i cant do any set up with it as the phasing and 4 x pre set modes are all on the remote.

Secondly the sub without remote would never be worth what i paid

To be honest i would not even have considered it without the remote.

At this stage i am asking to reverse the sale and the seller it seems is taking a stance that this is not possible???

Bought it off AVSA and i see he is selling more kit on there I would be weary as this is not the spirit of second hand AV sales i have enjoyed for over 10 years now.

I do hope we can settle amicably.

Lastly does anyone have a remote lying around???

Homemation has lost the agency so they wont assist me and i tried contacting the US directly with no response.

Any all help will be greatly appreciated
