LF: Philips CD300 tray motor
« on: August 28, 2018, 09:09:07 AM »
I am busy restoring an old CD300 but the tray open/close motor does not work, there is 20V +- on the connector but nothing.
So am looking for a new or 2nd motor or a complete scrap player for parts

Just an update that I don't need a motor anymore due to it was the cable that bending as it enters the motor, just swapped the cable and tray open/close. What I can say it that Philips must have had invented dry-joints because most components you can just pull out with out using a solder sucker..  track nr LED`s and all is working perfect
