I think it was on Thursday morning. My mobile phone was put on charge overnight and when I looked at the thing's display, I noticed "Service interrupted". No prior warning, nothing.
I have a many years-old contract with Vodacom so I called them and eventually listened to a long recording about Rika or Rico or some such cr@p.
At the end of the day, I had to present myself at the nearest Vodacom with my ID and and electricity bill before I got reconnected.
I must say I was barely 3 paces out of the shop when I got a confirming sms.
I wonder how secure their so-called data base is...?
So shall I call ghostie away from his two-armed bandit, get the Thompson subs out and go looking for some easy money somewhere to find out for myself how soon sersant Charlie Klopjag puts us behind bars?
Only joking ;D I also wonder what's next. A liksens and registration to use the bathroom?
