I want some feedback (sic) from the valve masters. :teach:
I have just finished my Aikido line stage board where I used 6GC7s all around. And from all my research that seems to be a very good starting point. However, I just discovered the 6h30Pi Gold EH valve, and most of the info I can get on it seems to indicate that it is a very good valve for driving the outputs of the line stage.
What will be the difference between the 6GC7 and 6h30Pi be for driving? I am quite happy with 6GC7s in the first (gain) stage.
