I can't write it , but here is an idea for a clever chap.
an app called "power surfing"
It would notify you , based on your position , when a power outage will hit
It will notify you of the nearest pub/friend/restaurant/club that has no power outage currently and wont experience one in the next 6 hours
Can find all businesses with generators in your area etc etc
You could find local pals with systems to listen to whilst yours is down
it will call an Uber to take you there
With that app , you can always be in a power zone..
Revenue from restaurants etc that "advertise" when you decide to go "surfing"
Im sure there can be other features....
