I'm not as fortunate to own 2 or 3 setups in different rooms and as such the whole household use my setup, well mainly the kids and I. My DAC is a "swiss army knife" with remote, blue tooth etc. but no headphone amp cos they, as well as I, prefer listening via speakers. The kids like setting up a desk in the garage to do their homework etc, and listen to whatever new mix someone sent to their phones and switch the amp to "B" as there's a set of bookshelves mounted on the wall in garage connected to my integrated.... for that they love to use the bluetooth feature so in my, or rather their use case it made sense. Its a win win situation for me because within 2 or 3 remote clicks we switch between bluetooth and USB inputs I had a Logitech bluetooth receiver and got rid of it and in the process cleared up some clutter as well. So there's merit for having a swiss army knife sometimes. I understand and respect your opinion regarding dedicated setups as it makes perfect sense given the situation. :groovy:
