The wife and I bought quite a few 2nd-hand LP's over the last week during our holiday in Natal. We also bought one of those yellow (to match my 684's of course!) spin washers to clean them with.

We spent most of today (visiting the in-laws), cleaning records and evaluating their general condition. I'm glad to say that the majority are in great condition.  Some unfortunately not so.

To get back to the reason for this thread... Besides ghost turds and mildew I found in most of the covers, I found the below in a Frank Sinatra cover. I mean no disrespect to the deceased, please don't make that assumption. Just found it really interesting and a little disconcerting. Thought I'd share it on here. Not too sure I should listen to this!

Excuse my ignorance, but is that a young Frank Sinatra or is it a photo of the deceased? R.I.P.

Have you found anything odd in any of your covers?
