Stax Sigma electrostatic Earspeakers(with SRD-6sb Self-Energiser) any good?

Would these be worth anything...they are boxed with original documentation and brochures etc,extension cables and such ...i spotted them when buying something else from a gent...please advise?They are UGLY as hell!
