Any how, been looking into this for summer time and been reading up too. Thought you'd find may be on benefit to forumites.
Visited the local Waste Centre Fabrics in Durban and made enquiries...
One of the "old hands" at the store advised that the best alternative to acoustic cloth is Trilobal. She says that since they stopped stocking acoustic cloth many years ago, Trilobal has been a popular and suitable alternative.
She advises that's its breathable, stretchable and available in many colours.
It's cheap too @30.00 pm (1.5m drop)
