So in Mauritius its quite big and you need a bike with rear shocks (known as a soft-tail?) So new bike, new shoes, proper outfit, going through the sugar cane fields is like having a jigsaw straggled to your jaw.....
Winter is the best time as its not hot, but i can feel summer returning...
Going tubeless is a must here, thorns everywhere apparently! Prices of bikes is insane, i could have bought a second hand car in SA with what i paid for mine, saw one in the shop today Rs350 000!! R140 000.
