I had a supposedly reputable company build our stables, structure is so far 100%, zinc roofing is showing terrible signs of rusting, three years after being put up, and the owner has done me a dirty by telling me it's the only part of the stables with no warrantee/guarantee.
I've done some research and have seen that there are rubberised products that can be spraypainted on, but between them and the cost and time and effort of doing the cleaning and anti rust painting first, it's looking like a huge effort and an expensive one. Does anyone know if there are roofing products that I can just install on top of the existing roof? I have seen some sort of advert for what looked like moulded panels that can be put on top of existing metal roofs, but now that I'm trying to find the advert it's of course not showing in my feed...
Anyone with a workable suggestion?
