Hi all, I am a keen enthusiast when it comes to hi-fi audio, and I have always favoured vinyl and analog sources.
The other day I discovered my dad's old Rega Planar 2 sitting in a cupboard, on the premise of it being broken (The motor did not turn properly). So I took it apart, serviced every conceivable part on it, and now it is as good as new! Except, I am now in need of a cartidge to get it up and running, because the cartridge which is a lovely Dynavector Karat 19A, is missing its stylus, and it cannot be replaced. It is a great misfortune indeed, because I believe it to be a very nice moving-coil cartridge.
Now I need a new one, and I cannot spend more than about R600. Does anybody have any suggestions?
