Project RPM5 Power Supply

Good Day, Need assistance please:-

The power supply/adapter for power my Project RPM 5 turntable was blown up in a power surge.
Where can I find a new adapter/power supply?

The specs are: AC/AC transformer, output: 16V - 500mA
Model: AD4120-16.0-0500

I believe the Thorens turntables uses exactly the same power supply/adapter.
Any help will be appreciated.
