I personally like to look and compare features and prices online before I buy. I've bought extensively from online shops or their retail outlets afterwards. (Audico Online probably know me by name by now. :giggle:) Remedytec sadly has no online pricing or product by product features except for some "specials" so I've never bought from them. The market has shrunk hugely in SA and the big spenders have mostly fled the country - "adapt or die", I think, is the scenario for those sellers hanging on to the traditional retail model. Self import and direct sales like 13Hof (and Takelot for that matter) is doing is the only sustainable way to survive I think. PS - If a co is getting their goods from a third party in SA with the consequent double markups and being held hostage to an inflated pricing scheme they're pretty much doomed. Get rid of those brands, import direct and then sell at reasonable prices and I will buy, buy, buy...
