Hi all, I have a Optoma HD28DSE and the blower fan's bearings packed up, managed to get a replacement fan, however the projector is shutting down with FAN LOCKED error even after the fan is replaced. I confirmed that both fans are working just fine... I would like to get into the extended service menu to verify the fan speed that the projector is reading, however I'm only getting into the short service menu and not the extended one. Any advice would be appreciated.
