Old Marantz 1030 problem

One of these old Marantz 1030 integrated amps landed on my lap, but the right channel is much softer than the left. Also, there is hiss coming through the speakers with or without a source connected or playing/not playing.

I am not too technical, but is there any basic things I can have a look at? I have given the pots a good squirt with Servisol but no change.  :help:
