A replacement for an Ortofon 2M Black cartridge body, to be precise. The stylus is still perfect, with about 50 hours on it, but the body has suffered a tragic accident resulting in its demise.
A Black or Bronze body would be best, but at a pinch a Red or Blue would also serve.
