KZN Midlands area - build custom amplifiers

Howdy all.. New here, just finding my way around.

Is there anybody around the KZN Midlands area (Pietermaritzburg, Hilton, Howick) who can build custom amplifiers? I've tried searching this thread by some nearby area names, but didn't find anything helpful.
