Has anyone in Tshwane municipality been through the process of having an extension to their home approved.
We’re planned on putting up a Wendy house and bricking up the sides of a steel framed roof to make a more weatherproof storage.
After some reading it seems like Tshwane is quite strict and even the planned Wendy house would need a planning approval.
Has anyone done this process themselves? Is it better to get someone else to do it? Any pointers would be welcome.
