I also think the concept of the musical enjoyment you can experience on different valued systems have been previously discussed, although very relevant. This post tags onto that topic I have also wondered a lot seeing old topics being discussed. Sometimes I feel it should be a closed case by now, other times a think new members have joined the forum and new experiences have been made which could give new contributions The point I more emphasizing on more, is the insight and vision you gain from experiencing higher resolving and great systems, and that this can "open your ears" to hear more from your own equipment than previously. Also something I might add in my experience we practice listening and as we get better we can more easily tell things apart and recognize different aspects in your music. To me experiencing high end systems has provided me with "practice/insight" that I could then apply with my own systems I sheds new light on songs you have previously heard and changes your perspective on what to focus on, listen for I am currently staying in Potchefstroom but relocating to Jhb in the following weeks so look forward so meeting more of the members and experiencing their systems
