The Thales Simplicity II tone arm replaced the SME V on my SME 30/2A turntable. An excellent upgrade and one of the best I've heard thus far.
The DcS Vivaldi DAC replaced my DcS Scarlatti DAC. The other three boxes (SACD Transport, Clock and Upsampler) remained Scarlatti. Wow, this DAC definitely redefines digital playback. It is in a class of its own and not even all of the audiophile adjectives combined can describe its sonic attributes. Of course, the best of the best in terms of amplification and speakers are required to bring out its best. I really do not have words to describe what I'm hearing.
