First time ever, I ordered some vacuum tubes, a pair of Psvane 300B's and a pair of Shuguang 6sn7's. Ordered with DHL Express. The tubes arrived soon enough, in one day to South Africa. However, the parcel is stuck at customs for about 3 weeks now. Customs want a letter of authorization from the NRSC (National Regulator of Compulsory Specifications). DHL says that they cant do anything. I spoke to Scott, he said don't go the NRCS route, it will take forever. Andy (Ricketysmurf) said that I should send some info on the tubes, which I did. But sill nothing.....
Is there anybody who had a similar experience? Any recommendations would be appreciated.
