Hi all, hoping someone here might be able to refer me to a decent complex managing agent.
Complex is 50 full title units, and need to look at alternatives to our SHOCKING ones we have.
Basically to invoice and capture monthly levies, issue fines and warnings, run creditors of 5 suppliers (council, security, garden service, and 2 others), managing complaints for owners, legal issues arising from debtors, debt collection & maintaining accounts, cash book, AFS, etc.
To work with a competent HoA.
I need referrals if you know of competent ones that do not cost an arm and a leg. Because the ones we?ve had for over 10 years are now totally apathetic
