Audio technica stylus surgery

I read somewhere that some of the Audio Technica stylusses has the cantilever mounted to the stylus body with a small screw. Now I have an old AT2003VX cart at home which I can't seem to find a stylus for, the stylus body is still there but the cantilever was snapped off long ago. Which brings me to my question, can I remove a similar cantilever from another Audio Technica stylus and insert it into the stylus body of my AT2003VX cart? I checked and it indeed has a small screw for securing the cantilever to the body. Does anyone know if the ATN-120E stylus has the same cantilever as the one used on the AT2003VX stylus?
