Audio seller on Facebook: Rocco de Rocco

Hey guys,

Had the most baffling sales experience with a commercial seller Rocco de Rocco on Facebook. Wanted to pay for an item via EFT asking him to hold until clears then I will send a courier to fetch upon which he rejected. Had to go to him to purchase cash. If I can?t make the time to come see item and pay in cash then I?m not serious

Curious if he is on the forum or if anyone knows the person. Would really like to understand the rationale.
