I am in the process of planning a room refurbishment, have in fact started some of the (non-acoustic related) work.
I would like to get opinion on some of the suppliers of acoustic treatment materials out there, found on some general web searches.
- Mandi Acoustics: I like the look of their products, and will be sending off some quote requests over the weekend for panels and bass traps. Have anyone used their bass traps and panels?
- Foamrite acoustics. Their 50 x 50 abzorba and cityscape panels looks quite nice, and is priced very well. Their bass traps are also priced well but I am unsure of these, based on some other discussions here?
- Decibel Africa. Tried to get some info but to no avail, they seem to be doing well and don't need my business. I will however try again if they come highly recommended here?
Any other suppliers I am not aware of?
