I found an interesting Youtube channel - a classical harpist and pianist by the name of Amy decided to get to understand rock music (which she didn't really listen to), so posts videos of her reactions to hearing pieces for the first time, and then an analysis of each piece from a music theory point of view. Although you may not always agree with her, the videos are really interesting. I can particularly recommend her take on Jethro Tull's Bouree (not boerie!) as it is based on a Bach piece that she knows well. But each one I've watched has been fascinating
