Looking for Dual CS 505-1 belt. Got 1 from overseas but is not the correct width. Speed change is now a problem.

What is your take on this? I have read some articles on google regarding this issue. Experimented a bit with it, but I am not sure if I understand it correctly. I must admit that I do not hear any audible differences  in swapping polarities :nfi.. Is it worth investigating? Cheers

Been using this to clean records. It picks up dust briliantly and works great on the stylus. However my experience is ,with clean hands, when you roll it over the record it deposits your palm and finger prints all over the record. Anybody else experiencing this??

Good day, My brother has got an interesting scenario. As soon as he connects his turntable earth to earth point it hums quite nicely :groovy:. if you disconnect the earth however it is absolutely dead still. :facepalm:. Obviously he runs like that, but my question is: Why would this happen...
