NAD 3020 Amp...

Ok since my last post my house have been sold and I have acquired an arsenal of stuff. Please do not tell my wife. :angrywife: My total package of stuff I am putting on the table are the following: 1xNAD 3020b amp; 1xDenon AVR-X1000 AVR 1xRega Cursa pre-Amp (Thanks to Andre on this forum)...

Thanks. I do not want the NAD to become redundant as it is such a classic piece of equipment, but I will keep it in mind.  Any opinion on the REGA Poweramp? It is also almost 16 years old but have not been used a lot.  I am taking delivery of it next week.

Hi there I have a Denon AVR-X1000 Receiver and a set of B&W 684 S2 floorstanding stereo speakers.  I also have an old NAD 3020B amp in perfect nick.  I bought a REGA Maia Poweramp and plan to use it with the NAD 3020B (configured as a pre-amp).  I use Harman Kardon Kardon DVD 22 (without HDMI)...

So I decided to go for the AVRX 1000 and use the R3000 I will be saving by not getting the AVRX 2000 to get a better set of speakers.  :rubhands: I may be able to get a used set of Paradigm Monitor 9's.  Will get confiormation about its availibility later this week.  Listened to a set this...

Hi Neil yes I listened to the HK AVR150 and the Denon AVRX 1000 on a set of JBL Loft Surround sound system. I agree there were not a big difference in perceived power output, but the Denon sounded clearer to me, while the HK sounded more "neutral". Any reliability issues with these products...

Where can I get a my Musical Fidelity amp checked out and repaired. The one channel has gone dead :ticked: I replaced the main fuse but it keeps on blowing when I put the amp on.
