Wounder if they would consider outsourcing the sales and service centers (Email, telephone etc) to an external company and Telkom themselves can deal with the technical side of things such as improving and maintaining the infrastructure in SA?

Well now that i think back I once ordered an Ipad through them and took 2.5weeks due to the order not being completed twice on the system by a number of sales consultant. I guess its the 1 in 6 you will get which will make your life a living hell as said.

I just hope that they don't release a new explora or something else when this promotions ends. That would be devastating. I asked the dstv consultant over the phone and his voice got a bit weird when answering my question. Made me wonder.

Must say I'm impressed by the on call service of approving the contract and doing the credit checks. I expected them to get back to me in 2-3 days with a contract one should sign and read the terms and conditions. Simple, efficient and direct.
