The alarm in my son's Polo Vivo is giving problems. When the car is started the alarm goes off and just won't stop. Wails for 10 sec then quiet for 5 then wailing again. Any ideas, or perhaps you know of someone in the Durbanville or Belville area that can help. He contacted a reputable fitment centre but they want R1200 to just do the diagnosis plus whatever is required to fix the problem. Not an old car and the battery is a VW unit bought last year.
