Hey guys, got a sad sad call from a friend with an octogenarian mother who apparently got a fiber upgrade directly from Telkom and now that she had to replace a broken phone there is zero ways to find out the wifi password. Who the service providers or other parties are is all unknown, "a guys just came and worked for an hour and set up her phone".
Apparently with Telkom it's only tickets and SMS's and no actual recourse, and as with all fiber providers there is no user logon credentials to just change the details.
Of course one can just buy an external AP but that's unnecessary expense.
Anyone with advice?
