So some may have seen the issue I had in another thread about the new Samsung FW forcing a DD+ stream out of the native app - and as my Emotiva can't handle DD+, I just get a garbled noise out of the processor. I can't even select the stream to rather output PCM instead - it's only DD+!
So I tried on my PS4 ... and that works. I can select PCM / DD - but no DD+ ? That works 100% for my needs - but wondering if the PS4 actually supports DD+ ?
