One of my rear surrounds started making a very bad noise last night while watching a movie. I remove the speaker from the cabinet and discovered this:
At first is looks perfect:
But if I push down on the speaker:
Now is seems like the surround just came off the cone. Can I fix it with contact glue or is this a job for a pro. And if so where can I take in it in the JHB area?
I must admit that I am very supprised that this happend as I have never pushed my the IQ3 very hard, they are only used for rear surrounds and having neigbours means that I can`t really push my speakers very hard.
