Nad C 546BEE error problems

So this morning I found a Nad C 546BEE Compact disc player for a bargain. I was told it's got a error reading disc bit the USB side is working. I open it up and check if everything looks ok, switch it on. Take's a bit of time to read the disc, did a lens clean on it, starts reading the disc and tracks, but seems to skip and straggle to read the disc. It sometimes gives errors to, so it looks like a bad lens/laser then.

Question is, do someone know of someone that stocks the lens/laser local or must I import one or is there something else that I must do before start looking that direction to import?
