PS4 or Xbox One S or Dolby Atmos enabled Blu Ray?

I am getting into Dolby Atmos and am setting up a 7.2.4 system from a 5.1. I am new to this and on a budget! I want to know, in terms of running Dolby Atmos enabled Blu Ray discs have u had any good or bad experiences with either the PS4 or Xbox One S? Want to get either the PS4 or Xbox One S (cant afford both). Alternatively, can you recommend a good DOLBY Atmos enabled (region free) Blu Ray Player under 5K?
