Hi, is there perhaps anyone in the house renovating business or has good contacts?

Talking quality building planned permissions extensions, tiling, plumbing, building, painting, complete house painting etc with a team of professionals, not side of the road builders warehouse employees.
Anything house / construction related, even architects etc.
