Does anyone know what this is? It's screwed to the wall below my main distribution board. It doesn't appear to do anything, and there is no power to it.
I have three phase power to the house, this appears to only be on only one. I tried googling for the main Motorola IC, but it only comes up on "find rare old ICs" sites... it has a date of 1982 (!!) on it.
