Internet profile risks?

So all ye internet security risk knowledgables...
An organisation Not for Profit, wants to upload the spouse's work contact details and name and job etc along with a photo on the web... just to say this is a person who does this sort of monitoring, and a short non-personal questionaire. She is doubtful whether she wants the photo included because potential privacy and security issues... we aren't facebook fanatics for a reason...

So what say ye? is it safe, well as safe as anybody living with internetbanking and an e-mail can be???
