Biesemeyer tablesaw fences sell for R4000-00 up to R12000-00 ea.
They are the ultimate tablesaw fence on the market.
My Diy Biesemeyer cost me R700-00 for everything incl. Hammerite.

In Pic.1 different size Angle iron and Rect Tubing,
when buying that, take a very good quality square with and always buy the straightest 3m(not 6m-they are skew) lengths you can get.
Check for the best pieces you can find. And give a generous tip (at least R20-00) to the handler ,if he helped with very straight stock.
That straightness is invaluable later on.

Pic.2 The Angle Iron been clamped to the Rect.Tubing,Teak was too soft for my liking, and I ended up using steel blocks(scrapyard find)

Pic.3 I made the Cam lever out of Mdf,8mm bolt and painted with old black Woodoc 25.

Pic.4 the Cam itself ,just a ordinary 25mm bullet hinge cut into size and drilled 8,5mm

Pic.5 The actual fence itself, under the Cam I made a foot out of UHMW plastic for effective grip, the foot a small piece of 2mm flat bar bend around 8mm round
bar to accommodate the 8mm bolt going through.

Will post more pics later of rest of fence, back, bottom, etc.
