need help.i have a sony 210 dvd recorder. Needed some service.
first took it back to New World at Menlyn. was sent in to Matercare.It was returned but the problems I wanted fixed was not done! Disc's that I originally used to record with the sony, it now rejected and refused to play!
was told by mastercare and sony to send it in again. waiting now for 2 days for the morons from mastercare to collect!
I am so gatvol for the backup service, after you purchase a product. The moment the guy from sony entold me contact mastercare again,
I just became discouraged. I am thinking og going the Panasonic route/ problem is I dont know if it will make any difference in the Pta/JHb region. will their be any better or more professional?
