Can I use my bi-wire MIT cables as a single-wire? In other words, combine the hi and low frequency strands to the same binding post (correctly phased, of course)?
That brings me to another question: do bi-wiring cables do something to the signal to split frequencies (my guess would be "no")? Does it split the signal at all, or merely carry full signals across all frequency paths? My MIT's are clearly marked "high frequency" on one split, and "low frequency" on the other?
