Subwoofer not playing

Hi All

I need some input from the guys in the know.
When i switch on the sub you can hear the relay clicking and the lights come on. Then directly after that there is another click sound.
No sound coming from the sub. Tested on different amp, cables, inputs everything. Nothing.

I assume the second click is it going into protection mode or something.

Any ideas ?
I have contacted the agents but hoping it could be something small and not expensive.

Oh and i checked the fuse at the power plug. It is fine.
