Hi

Can anyone assist me with a Rotel RSP1570 Pre-amp? It remains in standby mode and doesn't turn on at all. I've power cycled and checked the fuses. I haven't tried hard reset as I don't know how to do that and I am unable to get the Rotel service manuals too.
