Recommendations for Plex/Roon server

Please help.
Current Plex/Roon server giving up the ghost.
QNAP - one of the discs is no longer "healthy" and generally buggy.
Serves plex and roon.
Can anyone recommend a device/s to replace.
Thinking of a NUC for Roon, not sure about a replacement for a Plex server.
4K transcoding a must
