Evening gents......i was gifted a lovely condition 22 to go with the monoblocs I sorted out and I ran them today......one dodgy valve was spitting like a cobra so I fitted fresh tubes and it ran beautifully......the 3 units ran the entire day perfectly.
I switched on and off a few times with no issues and then something weird.....
When switching off this evening the monobloc connected to the yellow 22 cable would not switch off but the blue cable one did.
I switched the cables around and the problem stayed on the yellow powered unit so it's definitely on the preamp side.
I checked the Jones plug and all is soldered and connected perfectly.
Could the power switch be seized up in the ON position for just the one channel?
Any advice appreciated.
