Organic food (JHB)

Hi All

Are there any shops or online box delivery schemes you can recommend for organic foods? After many discussions with various people in the health and medical field, I am keen to give it a go.

I don't plan on becoming a mad protester; nor health freak (I already eat quite healthily). I am just looking for options to get the basics, from certified suppliers (primarily milk, chicken and veg).
